The free trial
Every plan starts with 14 days free. A card is required to begin, you are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends. We email you before it converts.
Changing or cancelling
- Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing page. Upgrades can take effect immediately with a prorated payment. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes start at the end of your current paid period.
- Cancel any time. Monthly plans keep access until the end of the paid period. Annual cancellation uses the refund calculation shown on the billing page.
- Put an account on hold if a season is quiet, rather than cancelling and rebuilding everything later.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own hosted checkout and are never seen by, or stored on, Inkrush servers. Invoices are available from your billing page any time.
